Hanna-Mari Immonen and Jarkko Kontiainen Appointed to our EU & Competition Team

Hanna-Mari brings several years of experience, in particular in complex and large-scale merger control and FDI matters across a wide range of jurisdictions and industries, gained both in private practice and at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. Jarkko, in turn, joins us with deep expertise in antitrust enforcement and cartel investigations from his time at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, which also enables him to provide valuable support to our clients in developing and implementing effective competition law compliance measures.
