Anni Holopainen

Anni advises our clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters in the field of employment law. She has particular strength in complex employment litigation and in advising on demanding employment matters arising in corporate reorganisations. Her broader expertise encompasses day-to-day employment advisory, the preparation and negotiation of employment and management agreements, redundancies, co-operation proceedings, employee transfers as well as remuneration and incentive matters.

Anni represents both domestic and international clients in disputes involving wrongful terminations, discrimination claims, breaches of consultation obligations and other employment-related proceedings. She has also completed court training at a District Court.

She has hands-on experience in negotiating company-specific collective bargaining agreements, as well as advising on local bargaining at the workplace and employee representation.

Anni has completed a secondment as Corporate Counsel at Kesko, one of Finland’s largest employers, where she supported Kesko across the full breadth of its employment law needs. This in-house experience has strengthened her ability to provide practical and business-oriented advice.

Anni is regularly engaged by our Restructuring & Insolvency team to advise on employment-related questions arising in insolvency and restructuring contexts. She has also previously gained valuable experience in social security and benefit matters.
