About Markus
Markus is a seasoned disputes lawyer with extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of industries and areas of law. Over the course of his career, he has handled a wide variety of complex, high-stakes matters in his field.
Markus has successfully represented both public and private corporations as well as financial institutions in complex commercial disputes before arbitral tribunals and courts. His practice encompasses matters including those related to M&A, corporate law, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, project delivery, international trade, engineering and construction, administrative proceedings, internal investigations, white-collar crime, and intellectual property.
