Olivia Tähtinen

Olivia specialises in insolvency and restructuring matters. Her work includes complex cross-border bankruptcies involving both listed and privately held companies. Olivia assists a diverse range of sectors in bankruptcy, including retail, construction, software-as-a-service (SaaS), agriculture, and aviation.

Olivia provides guidance to financial institutions, creditors, and other key stakeholders throughout liquidation processes and voluntary liquidations. Her expertise extends to advising both domestic and international clients.

Olivia joined Borenius as an Associate in 2025. Prior to that, she worked at the firm as a trainee. She has also completed internships at other law firms both in the UK and in Finland. In addition to her law studies at the University College London, she has completed supplementary LL.M. studies at the University of Helsinki.
