We advised Corum Origin SCPI, represented by its asset manager Corum Asset Management, on the acquisition of an education asset located in Turku, Finland. The renovated landmark property, originally built in 1891, is fully leased to the University of Turku under a long-term lease agreement. The asset benefits from an excellent location in the heart of Turku’s educational and innovation hub.
