About Riikka

Riikka advises our clients on banking and finance transactions and debt restructuring. She has extensive experience in finance transactions, including corporate lending and real estate finance as well as acquisition financing and other event-driven financing. Prior to joining Borenius, Riikka has worked as an associate at another law firm and as legal counsel at Aareal Bank AG. Riikka joined us from Danske Bank whose corporate loans franchise she most recently worked at as a loan originator.

Riikka co-heads the firm’s Banking & Finance team.
